Throwing Knife Problems.
I've noticed that incendiary blade doesn't always burn enemies you hit. I'll throw a knife at someone to get a postmortem but then the burn doesn't come into play (and yes I had incendiary blade perk). Is this normal? I've been running knife juggler all Y1 so I wouldn't know.

I've noticed this as an issue more recently but I rarely come across it. (Though I usually run without it since a crit plus burn won't kill a target in PvP anyway)

Yeah I've noticed that too. I think it has a variable burn duration (for whatever reason) and sometimes the burn goes away when I die (just a like with thorn, not)
