Before TTK dropped i played ToO and didn't have the chance to use my mercy and boon so they have been since september there showing in my character, today i tried playing ToO obviously and the first thing i noticed is that i can't buy any of the boons from borther Vance because apparently i already did, so i jump in matchmaking and when i finally lose a match the mercy boon didn't work, it still shows in my character and i'm basically bugged, i can't buy the boons and can't use the ones i have applied in my character since september. How can i fix this? in the images you can see i still have mercy even tho i lost a match and boon even tho i won 6 matches.
