Where is dog meat. Not at settlements. I tried bells at each one.

Dogmeat actually walk to where you tell him ti go. So if he's not there you should wait in a bed or chair.

If you dismissed him, and are now looking for him, he is probably working his way to wherever you dismissed him to. (He walks all that way. So it can take hours of in game time for him to get there.

I read you can make a dog house and that located him. Never tried it.
