Edited by Spawn: 11/21/2015 1:41:05 AMHi there, Every person is responsible for the activity that happens on their online accounts. My personal recommendation to be to not allow anyone else on your account for any reason. There are Account Restrictions and Bans in Destiny - these are two separate entities. Account Restrictions are temporary, while Bans are permanent. Bungie does not dispute or overturn either of them. All the details you need can be found at their official policy here. I'm collecting screws. Screw you. +1

Except you inadvertently did do it by allowing your friend access to your account. You allowed them to play on your account, you gave them permission. Said "friend" screwed you over but you did willingly hand control over to another.

It doesn't matter whether it was you or your buddy. You are just as liable for letting him use your account.

Shouldn't of said you let let your friend play your account hey you know that's illegal and that's maybe why your banned.
-
Is there any documents that may prove you were out of town and the IP address was activated from Ur home it may help.

Come to think of it, your "friend" also -blam!-ed two other people. Whoever was running with them on your account are probs restricted as well.
