No Time To Explain.
Ok so after you do the paradox mission. You go back and give the future way cult the ghost. Then you wait until the reset. Once it rolls around go to fwc and donate 1000 (50 motes) rep after picking up the quest.
Now I have the quest and I have donated my rep to fwc. It now tells me to kill a powerful taken minotaur but when I track it there is no marker. Do I have to go to a certain place or do I just wander around till I find one? And if I have to go to a certain place where?

You have to wait until the FWC bit gives you the step to get the rep. If you haven't gotten it yet, wait for weekly reset.

After you do the rep, I thought you could just continue?

Wait until best reset then you have to do VOG to kill Atheon. Smash Atheon's eye which starts another mini just you must solo to find a chest on a Crucible map then do the black gardener bit which is a hassle with less than 3.

[spoiler]It's a solid gun. Balanced is a better word. Good, but not great, against mobs. Good, but not great, against bosses. Also very solid in PvP.[/spoiler]
