Ammo. (Specifically in PVE)
Currently, scouts have abundant ammo. (never run out, never need ammo perks)
Pulses are borderline. They can benefit from ammo perks, but rarely run out.
AR's run out of ammo in pve, ammo perk on armor is necessary.
Hand Cannons: Run out of ammo, even with ammo perks.
I'm curious to see how the buffs and nerfs change things, and on paper it looks good (but you can argue 2.0 changes looked good too, but were far more impactful than anticipated)...but the ammo issue for pve hasn't been addressed. Nor are we sure what ''philosophy'' they intend with primary ammo.

Not good enough. They made too many ambiguous/vague statements for me to take any sort of comfort in their ability to fix the mess they have created.
