Tested this. Got 0.04kd, two blue. not great Got 0.16kd, IB chest Got a message saying I should quit crucible. Went 1.5 - 2.0 and got nothing legendary A few legendary engrams in 1.0-1.5. Maybe 5 since yesterday. RNG?
