Lol I just got a 310 rare(blue) artifact from Lord Saladin at rank 3
Was really hoping the artifact would be IB specific and legendary. Oh well

So is it 310 regardless of your light level? I should hit rank 3 tomorrow but am about 297. If its just some lame rare at 310 thats no problem i'll just infuse one of my nice legendary artifacts
