The rarest shader right now will probably be the RNG drop ones from strikes; I'd imagine more people would have the hard mode one. Not including TTK shaders it's probably a FWC shader or substance 321.

I don't think it's that rare but the "Autumn Splendor" is my all time favorite. It's on my warlock. Looks amazing.
