If Fallout tells me that war never changes...
...but Snake tells me war has changed, who is right?

3 RepliesBoth are correct. Fallout speaks in the sense that War is always horrible, and it's always meant to bring about the destruction of people we should be working with. However, how war is waged changes all the time. Even the small time between World Wars (20 years) saw the improvement of planes, automatic weapons, and the advent of nuclear weaponry.
