what is the best way to get strange coins?
some say "just play the game", but i think there must be a kind of "farm"
i want them to get 3oC

One does not simply buy 3oC on a Sunday [spoiler]The only way to "farm" them is to complete PoE. You'll pull a few from the end chests. Nothing efficient about it, though.[/spoiler]
