when will we get news about 'Veteran's Tour' and the missing VIP rewards? Its been 2 months, I've filled out the contact form, made numerous posts, but have received no help whatsoever. please address this issue, we haven't forgotten and I for one still very much want my items. Yes I qualify, yes i checked zavalva and abandoned quests on every character, no I NEVER received the items or quest. please resolve this issue, MANY of us are still missing what we qualified for.
