I can't unlock "the first firewall"
I have already collected all four fusion rifle artifact thingies, but the mission "the first firewall" won't show up on the director. Is there another step or what?

you can do the mission every 7th of the month

The quest is time locked. You are just gonna have to keep an eye on earth for the mission

It's time gated. It will just show up on the next time release.
