Gear Manager gives invalid highest light level items to character
After the 11/11/15 update to the Gear Manager, the Equip highest light level feature works for characters at level 40. However if a character is under level 40, and a user tries to use the "Max Light Level" feature, it'll try to equip items that are light level 40 required onto the under 30 character. This in turn makes the "Max Light Level" for characters under level 40 invalid.

The Maximise Light on the gear manager needs serious work, I press it and it tries to unequip my highest Light gear to put something else there, it even ran into a problem because I didn't have more than one Sparrow! Wtf!? Sparrows have nothing to do with Light!
