I've upgraded my console to next gen, NO TAKEN KING?!?!?!

Can someone please, please send advice? I have just bought the Xbox 1, but the taken king is not available on my console? I purchased it from the Xbox store, so shouldn't it be available across all consoles with my username?

Side note; It won't let me repurchase it either? I'm happy to pay since its not a part of the digital upgrade, but theres no option to?
