Honestly I wouldn't know since this is my first playthrough. I just feel obligated to play hard since I played the other 2 FO a lot. Just gotta play smarter. I run through meds and food constantly and it regens over time, not instant. Weapons and gear wise, pretty slow moving till I hit around 10ish-20ish. Ammo is meh to come by. Pretty much again...play smart. All the little things are deadly. Nades can easily one hit you along with mines. Wildlife is a chore and legendary are pretty annoying
