Edited by FuiKaka: 11/13/2015 3:47:56 AMThe aim on competitive PvP is to kill, and not die. The best players I play with and come up against always have good KDs, whereas the bad players have bad KDs... logic dictates that KD is some measure of skill.

Read the post I just did a few things down
-
Well there you have it, the definitive source of skill tests says kd is not important.
what would you say is important though?
-
Skill, like how you play, you could be the best player and that because your a team player, and you could be the worst but have a 4.0 kd
-
How on earth can the worst player on the team have a 4.0 k.d, if you're running around attempting to capture flags with a 0.4 you're garbage and are giving so many points away.
-
Okay like this, the guy playing the objective and capping zone and all That is giving everyone else on the team and extra 100-200 points, while that other guy may this amazing kd and all, the only reason they won is because of the guy capping zones, because for every time he dies is 100 points but in that same time the other players on his time would have gotten 3-7 kills so that a huge trade, but if he wasn't there the team would lose, so in turn that makes him the bet player
-
Nope, most control matches I play I'll finish top of my team with 3-4 caps. If you die while capping flags you ARE a detriment to the team, no doubt about it. The whole cappping flag bussiness comes from deluded folk like you who can't hold a flag, it's ridiculous.
-
No it comes from people like you who think the only thing to do is kill
-
Nope, i cap too. What I'm saying is the deluded people who go on like caps are the be all and end all of control. Nope.

Thanks for you opinion, I mainly did this all because I wanted to see other people's opinions, I now know what some people think, because honestly I can't care more, as long as fun is had
