Not everyone has the time to spend collecting fragments.
Some only play for short periods of time a week.
Please stop being smug and saying

But its also a grim reminder that bungie contradicts itself.
Saying we don't want weapons that everyone will require. Then putting in a gun that obviously everyone will require.

It's a unique gun that took me two months to get its really cool for the two parts of the raid but its the only gun you can point at someone else and kill yourself

If you collected a fragment a day, you would have had it long before now. There's no excuse but blaming time restraints is an exceptionally poor one.

ToM takes literally 30 minutes to get the fragments. If you don't have it by now after a normal clear, you shouldn't even think about the hard raid.

If you did the raid fragments is even remotely hard it's just time consuming

3 Replies45 minutes for all patrols and mission frags. 30 minutes at court of oryx. 1 hour normal raid if you're bad. Hmm a little under three hours and you need what one more for ToM.
