Yes. The rating isn't going to push kids away from it anyway. All it's doing is removing limits. Even if it's only gore and cursing at least we know that Bungie had no limitations and have no excuse for half-assed crap

I don't know much about the rules of the ratings but I would assume that any media not targeting a young audience would just shoot for an M rating. Maybe there's more red tape (ie money) involved in releasing something M rated.
