Next destiny to be m rated
I think this will open more opportunities for a more enriched story and overall game itself the teen rating limits the amount of creativity the game developers can implement into the game which I think is also a big factor to why destiny's story is so lacklustre. Hopefully they realise their mistake and make destiny 2 mature rated, I also want to state that the teen rating isn't why the story isn't so good, bungie slack of storytelling and cut out content may be a factor to why the story is bad as well, though improved in TTK it's still not good.

Edit: blood and gore doesn't make a game 18 rated it's much more than just swearing and blood.

Nah uncharted did just fine. Most games with great stories are M, but it's really not necessary imo.

They need a seperate option for serious players ..... Regardless of age.... Very difficult to filter LFG and not waste time on people that say they have completed events etc.

Zavala and Shaxx both look like the type of people that would destroy a persons self-esteem if they borked something hard. I would pay to see them both dropping f-bombs every minute or two. Especially Shaxx. Lol

Pointless post,pepole ignore the rating all the time. How does rating effect story? I read the post but rating has no effect on story.

This can all be achieved without raising the rating from T to M. What bungie needs to do is simply find the right people who can tell a story and find people who can create great content for PvE same for PvP. The problem isn't rating the problem is the talent at hand. Given the brand and money bungie has finding good talent honestly shouldn't be an issue for developing destiny 2. 3 RepliesAs if an M rating has stopped kids' parents from buying any game with the title Grand Theft Auto in it that has pictures of gangsters, sexualized women, and its own reputation. No way an M rating (17+ btw, not 18+) will stop parents from buying a game where it's about space lol
