no real way to tell who paid who, but if bungie could find out, perma ban. can also be reported to better business and irs in the US

really none id just ban them, 1 trial a week per character, doesn't really matter im having fun moving along in Fallout 4, outside of no multiplayer, I doubt Destiny will have this much content or fun in its 10 year run.

Cant be reported if you just claim the your earnings on your income. That's only if the amount is enough to actually report.
