Should enemies drop weapons and armor parts ?
The year 2 grind includes Legendary marks ( what's the point of glimmer ?) , hadium flakes and WEAPONS PARTS ! When you get a crap weapon and break it down you only get 1-3 parts but you need 3-5 to infuse AND legendary marks. Instead of just giving us good guns with high attack we have to farm and hope to get a decent weapon or enough engrams to break down.
