Ok first the sun is a star not a planet and second which should not be a second just for common sense how hot is the sun? Ohhh its just 9940.73 degrees yea we should be able to just fly our ships right on the surface and just walk around in the 9k + of heat and yea we wont just melt or pretty much just evaporate and thats just if IF the ship would make it even close to the surface.
