I've noticed that when I get S.A.B.E.R. on the strike playlist, anybody I don't know in my fireteam either immediately goes to orbit, or after the first wipe at the WarSat they bail.
I personally find the WarSat at the start of S.A.B.E.R. as the hardest single fight anywhere in Destiny now. It's bad when it's Hive. It's worse when it's Fallen. It's insane when it's Taken. Two bubble titans can get through it. A properly coordinated team of 3 chaining supers with swords and ad-control classes like Sunbreaker and Stormcaller can get through it. But it's never easy, and I've yet to solo it at Heroic difficulty successfully, while I can solo everything much else on the Heroic list.
Is there a tactic I'm missing? Do you go to orbit as soon as you see it, abandoning the repeat-strike bonus? Do you love it for the greater challenge it presents?
Edit - Fixed as per HugeBones318's suggestion.

I like it. It is easy AF

It's not bad. It's the worst since dark blade is overall better and shield brothers is good due to speed

*S.A.B.E.R Fixed it for you

I like it.

I love it it's one of my favorite ones

I ran saber 141 times before finally getting my warlock helmet. I will NEVER run that strike again

It's one of my favorites, but damn that ship hits hard!

Biggest problem is nobody seems to know you can shoot the guns off the damn skiffs as they come in on the Fallen variant. Hive too although it's not as a big a deal. Taken used to be a pain because of the captains but the raid LMG works great on them.
