And it does. You don't see racism in homogenous white society until immigrants. Everything until then is contempt boiled up from misunderstanding and fear.

Any race can be racist towards any other race. Doesn't have to involve white ppl at all.

White people created racism. It is imbedded into them. Other races can be prejudice or discriminatory but not racist.
