just because something is beaten does not mean its rewards cannot or should not be ungraded ... there is always a way it could be included into the lore .. i mean we have a gunsmith, why is he called a gunsmith if he cannot modify or attempt to modify a weapon? and we also have the vanguard armory why cant they do armor upgrades?
