Apart from the Arc damage, Ace of spades is better for the most part. but I can see why people would like it in Y1

That's extremely opinion based. Plus, after the hand cannon nerf it makes it much harder to judge. Since precision kills just give you reserve ammo you run out fairly quick and sometimes the game can be cruel about ammo packs on primaries.
