And where does that figure come from ? Please link where you found the cost of updating old raids.

give an intelligent person a crash course on understanding how they wrote their code and maybe the language they did it in and they could likely franken their code for them to update those raids to include a heroic version which brings the old 2 raids + arena to y2 levels. iv done something similar to javascript code for a website and as a ragnarok online private server admin, i also added in new pets into the system for differentiation between servers once you find out what is the variable or what tells something what it is you can easily change it. neither of those things took longer then a day all tho i admit it was slightly smaller in scale. nothing needs to change other then adding an infusion ability to those items(already present in the form of etheric light in a way) and increasing the mobs levels to 40-42

I'd devote a week of my time to it. For free. And all I ask is that when I apply for a job at bungie, they look at how I made their old content relevant again.
