I'd love me a Nightfall rotation that switches between VoG, CE and PoE at current light levels. Maybe upon killing Atheon, Crota or Skolas, you could get a 280 Mythoclast, Necrochasm, Queenbreaker's Bow + an exotic engram.
If it's just a once per week Nightfall, then I feel that's a good way to make use of existing content, inject some variety, offer some unique rewards, and still keep Destiny "compatible with real life".

I hope we get new quest's where you have to complete all raid's and all parts of the raid, and you have to do it in 24 hours or something like that. Rewards better be good too.

No, no more time gating crap. Time limits on a quest? Horrible idea. That would only work in a game like WoW or Guild Wars.
