Say you have a group of friends that does the oryx raid on hard. If someone who isn't in your group wants to do the raid, you charge them to join that raid a certain amount, but you also charge them for the spot they took from someone else. Compensating for that person in your group that isn't doing the raid

No. The person paying is paying to be in the raid and paying more to get a spot.
