i have members in my clan that have done the hard mode multiple times with great success completing it in its entirety and are still 306-313....its awful and in no way is that how someone should be rewarded for your hardest content im sorry...."maybe, maybe not" is nightfall logic..not hard mode raid...people need to get rewards to keep them playing im not saying give us everything in one raid but damn if some thing does drop at least go positive with it, that will make it easier to swallow when nothing drops anyway....as far as fearing people reaching "max light" to quickly..thats b.s. too because our clan runs multiple helper raids for our lower light guys as well to help everyone get higherd this takes and will take time and by no means do we want to do this while staying at our same light level ...and by then we should have new content ..if we dont then you need to either expect the roller coaster effect in player base or improve upon time release management to keep us engaged ...not remove things to grind us out...because that for sure will indefinitely cause a decrease in players...as im sure you see of late.. i know i haven't done the raid 100's of times but, that's not necessary to see how terrible the raid loot table is configured
