Bungie doesn't give a shit, it's free publicity for them, it's obviously against the ToS but instead of charging for a flawless run many of these streamers that carry people will instead carry those that give "donations". Either way it's sad and pathetic....

It isn't against Activision ToS, I tweeted a thread I saw and they said it isn't.

Carrying those that 'donate' is the same as charging for a carry. What you call it doesn't matter, the only reason those people help the others was because there was a exchange of currency.
