Many people including me vividly remember the phrase half dozen per class in a weekly update, but I've now been told it was a quote from Bungie in a Game Informer article. Which is odd, considering Bungie.net is really the only place I look for destiny news on due to past circumstances. I plain as day remember reading that phrase in a weekly update, on this very phone. The items that have been cut out were also advertised in various trailers. As for the quote you're exactly looking for, that is RIDICULOUS. Should the phrase "at launch" be required when they are talking about the crucible maps? If they were talking about all the new crucible maps in the taken king, marketing them, and then when the expansion came out half of them weren't there to play, would you be okay with that? Without any warning that the content you paid for had been delayed/pushed into the next expansion which you will again have to pay for? In any other form of media (including other videogames), it is assumed you get all the content when it releases. Otherwise, the publisher/developer will warn you that not all content will be available at launch (ex the purchase of season passes). In this case, the content we paid for (the content that had heavily influenced my purchase of the expansion) is nowhere to be seen. Bungie has never even admitted they're just time gated. Who knows when we'll get them.
