No no, there's definitely more.
The quest system (compared to MMOs) is quite lacking.
The very small multiplayer aspects in this don't compare to an actual MMO.
No player/vendor trading whatsoever.
Can't travel in an open world exploring new areas in search of building materials to increase your armor, weapons etc.
And maybe a few more that I couldn't think of right now. Just because it has minor aspects of an MMO doesn't make it one. There's a patrol where you have to race your sparrow around and go through checkpoints. Just because it has racing mechanics (or just one racing mechanic) doesn't make this anywhere near a racing game.

I see an mmo in Destiny, regardless of what anyone thinks. It's nowhere, nowhere at all on the scale of a large mmo, but it makes me feel the same feeling I get when playing wow. Raiding, strikes, patrolling, PvP, meeting people, making new long, lasting friendships. This is just one gamers humble opinion, and I totally understand your point of view. I just feel that this game pulls on the same strings as playing world of warcraft with me.
