I'd like to lobby for the position of Blue Team's Chief Spartan II, and Captain of my own warship- the UNSC [i]Pegasus[/i]. Seems like you boys could use some real soldiers in your army. I'll also need full autonomy, operational deniability, and diplomatic/political immunity. My crew's work will save trillions of lives; human and non-human.

Well then, you have clearance and your only threat would be the um...reds. Since we negotiated a treaty with the freelancers they shouldn't try to harm you as long as you tell them that you're with us.

The Freelancers? Didn't their director personally way-lay downgraded MJOLNIR suits from the original Orion II project, among other equipment? I'm not sure we can trust them but, I'll be civil as possible.

Let's not try to agro the freelancers since currently they're being lead by Washington and I've know him for a while now.

Who said I was giving you orders? Probably the only orders that I've given were for caboose to withdraw the warden from the negotiations with the freelancers.

That won't be necessary, sir. I have the latest technology and armaments supplied directly to me by Section III. I have good friends in the Sangheili and Jiralhanae hierarchy as well. They'll give us any aid we need, ground side or from space.

Is there an intermediary I can go through then in Blue Team's command chain? ONI and the UNSC Council requested I personally coordinate with your organization.
