Let's go one step further since you went there? Occam's Razor leads us to conclude, perhaps falsely but more than likely, that a lot of the people taking issue to the OP and his supporters don't: A) Understand much (if anything) about PR or customer management and are completely unqualified to offer opinion - and shouldn't. B) Have very limited education, cause the rule of STFU till you know better doesn't appear nor is it parsed with charming segues like 'I don't know much but..', C) Are in fact the 'feelers' here cause God knows, no thought or respect for thought, let alone best practices went in their 1/4 second reflection. D) Are the crowd with the least respect and most arrogance cause why else weigh in when they have nothing but unqualified opinion, based exclusively feelings? An alarming percentage of this country have no qualification, credential, experience or genius and insufficient respect, patience or humility to get there and yet, they still act like they alone 'get it'.
