No exotics left behind 2.0
What happened to all of the exotic weapons being brought foward? We were promised they would all come. Can't believe no one else is mad about this. Lets get all of our beloved weapons into year two! Mida! Ice Breaker! GJALLARHORN! Necrochasm! Vex Mythoclast! Lord of Wolves! Sign and share what you want to see!
Edit 1: For those wondering, Bungie claimed all weapons would come to year two in the edge magazine.

Signed. Why they took weapons away from us that we earned and earned again to upgrade is beyond me. After all the missions and strikes and raiding is done, we get on to grind for the gear so we can shoot new guns to give the ones we already shoot a lot, a break.

You're forgetting one [i]itsy beeny little fact[/i]. They said they're all coming into Year Two, yes. But they said [i]eventually[/i]. As in [i]eventually[/i], they'll all be year Two weapons. So let's not get people unnecessarily mad when the deadline is still 10 months away, ok?

2 RepliesI am not sure about what Bungies' plans are but I sense that they are deliberately destroying the game.I think it is because they probably bit of more then they can chew with all the different platforms and constant maintenance.Also the content that they have created isn't worth the supposed ten year plan we have read or heard about.I would be surprised if on of two things don't come to light real soon:1Eververs starts selling consumables that give me experience based rewards,may that be guns or armor or light based.2Bungies torpedo's this project by slowly withdrawing behind the curtain.

1 ReplyBungie never said ALL old weapons are comming to year 2 -_- they even went out of their way in interviews to make special mentions that ghally would not be going into year 2 and that their 10 year plan wasn't to play 10 years with the same upgraded weapons over and over

They, like most other things, are probably timegated in Taken King. They had to do something to make up for the utter lack of content.

3 RepliesI was disappointed with the Y2 upgrades. In the live feed they only inspected Suros, which had a new fire mode added. They never touched any other weapon or talked about them. So I assumed every Y2 would have something new. But no...same gun just higher damage. Why couldn't we just ascend them again? There really is not one new thing about the Y2 weapons to cause make me waste Marks on them.
