So i want to make a summary of "Destiny killers"
-Halo 5
-Black Ops 3
-Dark Souls 3
-Fallout 4
-Starwars Battlefront
-... (i will edit your choices)
Considering that most of "Destiny killers" arent even out yet or not even a month its obvious that many players try the new stuff but to say they will "kill" Destiny when it isnt out yet...
Thats laughable
Edit:
The only game that will "kill" (only less time played per week) Destiny for me would be Fire Emblem If/Fates i love this series *-*
-
wait, is dark souls 3 a thing? why have I not heard about this.
-
none. nothing is going to single handedly "kill" Destiny. Destiny is like Halo 3. It'll never lose value, it'll just eventually die out a bit.
-
Mirrors edge?

Edited by MoonScentedHunter: 11/8/2015 2:59:31 PMHalo 5 came out and had tons of people playing. Black ops 3 came out and lots of people are playing it. Fallout 4 is coming and lots of people are going to play it. Warframe is a free game and it made me stop playing destiny lol but once the Division comes out, it'll be the only thing I'll play. Games may not seem like they're being killed by other games but trust me; people are leaving destiny for other games.

I class a game as being dead according to the amount of people on my friends list playing it, as that's who I play games with. I have 1 person who is still playing destiny regularly. The rest play for a couple hours on a Tuesday. The game died a long time ago. The AAA titles being released is just the nail in the coffin. Wait till after Xmas, destiny will be nothing more than a memory.

Thankfully I've gotten to the point where I don't care if I don't do the raid or finish a weekly crucible/nightfall so I don't need a destiny killer.
-
Fallout 4. Maybe the division if it ever comes out. People should realize destiny is old. Even ttk is reptitive at this point. The grind is tired. And there is nothing wrong with moving on. This cult following makes no sense to me. Play new games!

Games as you all say are going to "kill Destiny" is all a matter of opinion. How is it that people are so simple minded that they think their opinions are an actual fact? Seems to me some never learned the difference between facts and opinions!!! It's simple really!!!
-
Maybe Fallout 4. That's it
-
actually it will be all the above. I know allot of people say people will come back, but for every person that comes back some will not come back. Each of those games will take a portion of the destiny play base, now some will play both, but after awhile even those will stop playing over time as newer games comes out. The thing about MMO(not saying destiny is one) is they get boring after awhile and people get to the point that it's a habit to log in each day. The same thing will happen with destiny. I have said it before and I will keep saying it,. It's not just one game that will kill destiny it several. Also bungie is constantly shooting themselves in the foot with some of their decisions and rather questionable comments from their staff.

Destiny will kill Destiny. Seriously.
-
I guarantee that no mans sky will kill destiny, at least for me.
-
You forgot Persona 5.
-
Are you talking about destiny or the crucible? Destiny to me is PVE. The crucible to me is the crucible. You can play the crucible till you're blue in the face but destiny, yeah destiny is dead until the next expansion. Taken King takes a little over a month to complete and get everything it has to offer. If you are still playing destiny PVE after a month then you are just doing the same thing over and over again for a cape or one weapon that will be obsolete whenever the next add-on arrives. Taken King has about a month of content. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not jumping all in and playing all these amazing titles coming out in the next few months. If you stop playing destiny today you won't miss a thing.

DkS III hype

Lol those games haven't killed destiny. But I've noticed a lot less people online compared to usual. Same applies to myself.
