The Complaints You Get for Owning People
People stop bitching about LiTC. You literally have no grounds to complain about getting body shotted, when in fact this perk activates on LUCK. You heard that right folks, LUCK. On top of that, why are you complaining in the first place? Is it because you got tagged in the body and not the head, or is it because you simply thought that if you were shooting them and they accidentally shot you in the body, that you might live? No. What grpunds do you have for it please explain?

Statistically, the first round has a 40% chance to proc. and snipers are high accuracy weapons, and litc ruins it. All I have to say if you're using it is git gud and aim for the head.
