CALLING ALL PEOPLE WHO THINK THE GAME WAS SPOILED FOR YOU CLICK THE SPOILER ONLY IF IT WAS ALREADY SPOILED TO YOU. MAKE SURE IF YOURE CLUELESS TO STAY CLUELESS AND STAY FAR AWAY. on the off chance that this is the actual ending, I am deeply sorry and the warning is there if it was not told to you already. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS POST FOR THE SAKE OF HELPING OTHERS TO STAY CLUELESS. (Trying to help people cope with the dickheads and spoilers)
Ok let me start out by saying the ending to the game was spoiled for me. Or so I thought. I did some digging after I was told the ending and followed into the part about your son apparently "dying" in the end. I didn't want to spoil anything else for myself (just in case) but there are some statements that will hopefully prove this false. At the E3 presentation 1.Todd Howard said that you are the lone survivor of vault 111 2. A storyline where you are trying to find your child, even if he somehow is still alive, does not seem to gripping or entertaining, especially since you have about ten minutes to "bond" with the family. 3. Lastly, even if your child somehow made it out of the vault, in what way (unless you make a satanic sacrifice or something) would your child need to die to continue your main quest. HOPEFULLY this will help you cope but if ends out to be like they said it is I am deeply sorry that it was spoiled for you. Fallout games are supposed to be extremely immersive in which you should enter the game knowing nothing for the best experience . I also ask that you would please not reply to this comment for the sake of safety and cluelessness to others. Thank you.
