Upon what qualifications do you base your analysis of destiny's narrative? I see a lot of GED candidates who proudly brag about how they don't pay attention in English class say things like this. It was written within a company meltdown not too long before release. I'd say with the resources and time CoD had they instead decided to remain lazy and just copy AW. destiny made something completely new and they had to completely restart and still got something more innovative than the CoD story.
