If you didn't realize Activision is a really smart company that is probably the best at staggering their games and content to bring back players again and again. Notice that TTK came out two months before bo3 ? Just at about the time that alot of the more casual destiny players are done with the end game and are looking for something new. I would bet that in 2 or three months from now we will see a new dlc out for destiny just in time for all the returning players are done with bo3......see how that works. They havnt announced anny new dlc yet as not to cannibalize on bo3's sales. Just wait a couple weeks for a big announcement from an overly caffeinated Deej.

From what I've heard it's gonna be more like five or six months, don't know how much truth to that but if we get another DLC like HoW they'll lose a lot of people

Well bungie has said exactly nothing which is to be expected. But since Activision does have a financial interest as does bungie.would expect a January release of the next dlc since late winter is usually a slow time for gaming and alot of people who are done with the big holiday games will be more than willing to throw $20-$30 for a dlc that will get them by for a month or two. Sounds like good business to me.
