I think part of the reason we've been successful is that we have a clear mission and provide a strong community that lives up to that mission. Like Karza said, we don't recruit outside this thread, but when new members join, they often bring in other friends because we do our absolute best to deliver on our promise of a safe, supportive environment for women. There are so many clans out there that talk about providing a mature, helpful, friendly environment. I would recommend thinking about how you can further distinguish yourself from everyone else that promises that. And deliver on that promise - people will learn quickly if it's a clan worth joining.
