This weekly update, and his absolute disrespect toward the community that FILLS HIS GODDAMNED POCKETS was right out.
I have a hard time believing any organization would choose him or anything resembling him or his character to represent them. Yet Bungie has pushed him out there for over a year now. I am feeling pretty disrespected and under-appreciated.
In summary: DeeJ is a horrible spokesperson and I (your customer) am feeling jaded toward you.

1 ReplyDestiny is a turd and Bungievision knows it. However they've sunk a few million bucks into their turd so they have to keep re-spraying said seaside bound sausage and keep on selling it. Deej has most likely one of the most soul destroying jobs around - defending and selling a lump of poo in order to make money from the very people he wants to entertain - he most likely is dying inside a little every day or is dead already and now is just a hive husk inside. Can you imagine having to lie and dupe and coerce your customers every day in the hope that they don't see what a complete lump of discharge Destiny is? No wonder he avoids the community directly and his comments are vague or misleading. And god knows what he thinks of the gamers who LIKE this skid mark of a game.

2 RepliesThank you for carrying this torch Angry Goblin. This last update was the last straw for me. I am done with the game over this. I removed my post on this same issue over the hate I received from fanboys but I am glad I checked the forums to see others feel the same way. Maybe I'll see you guys down the road in The Division or something better. Best of luck to you all who have the good sense to realize a PR rep shouldn't be degrading the fan base.

When they try to reapond in a funny way, they get blasted. I don't understand how you guys dont realize this is a big part of the problem. They try to fix an issue, they get shit on. If they do nothing, they get shit on. -blam!- that noise, I wouldn't be in a rush to deal with shit on here either.

the community management at this site has lost millions of dollars for bungie in terms of DLC sales and future sales of destiny 2. many millions flushed. Bungie will have to spend a lot of money to win back those who left in disgust.

I somewhat agree with you. When I first joined the forums back when Destiny launched, the first response I ever saw from Deej was a sarcastic remark to a legitimate piece of feed back. It was unprovoked, unnecessary and unprofessional. After he made his remarks, the troll community at large jumped on the op. Deej instigated it. It's disgraceful is what it is. That was my first impression of Deej. Nothing has changed to improve my perception of him since that day.

3 RepliesGuys, he's a -blam!-ING COMMUNITY MANAGER. There is no excuse for him "getting sick" of seeing complaints. OF COURSE HE'LL GET COMPLAINTS BECAUSE OF THE BROKEN GAME HE'S MANAGING. Even if he's "just kidding," there's a time and a place for it. Not when addressing A HUGE PROBLEM IN THE GAME AND MAKING THE COMMUNITY THINK BUNGIE COULD CARE LESS.
