Just got a Xbox One. What do I do next?
I'm currently playing on Xbox 360. I just got a Xbox One. What do I got to do to transfer my characters and items smoothly to the upgraded version?

However some collectors edition and preorder items will not transfer unless you purchase the licenses for them on your new console https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12233 [b]DLC's[/b] Currently TDB and HoW are eligible for a free upgrade to next generation consoles using the digital upgrade program. If you purchased the digital version of the base Destiny before January 15 2015 it is also eligible for a free upgrade. Can I use my Xbox 360 disk or do I have to purchase the Xbox one version?

2 RepliesNothing, it's ready to be used as soon as you login to the Destiny version of Xbox one.

Everything is transferred automatically. You can go back and forth between console families.
