Bought Destiny: The Taken King legendary edition and cant play

I bought the game for Xbox 360, but when I start the game, right at the beginning, I get an error code Cattle, stating that I have Lost connection to partner services and that I should check my network configuration. I have also tried to connect my xbox to internet on my phone and I didnt get any error, but I cant afford to use internet from my phone to play Destiny. What might cause this error? I live in apartment and I dont have any access to the router here (I dont know the login and password for it), I only know the password for wifi. Will I not be able to play the game because of this? I bought the game for 50€ and now I cant play it. :( Please help me. Thank you in advance.

  • Hi Snake1596, Cattle errors indicate that your console wasn't able to reach our matchmaking services. If this is only happening periodically it is most likely caused by normal internet weather or an unstable internet connection. If you are being completely blocked from connecting to Destiny due to Cattle errors, it could mean that your ISP is blocking this specific connection attempt. You'll need to contact your internet provider to determine if they are blocking particular types of traffic.
