Thorn and TLW needed a nerf but you went completely overboard and made all hand cannons pretty much useless. Auto rifles have never recovered since you buried them back in vanilla destiny, and gjallarhorn is now a fond but distant memory. You think that these nerfs were done in good intention, and that they had an all around positive effect on the balance in this game, but have you ever noticed that every time you nerf something, people still complain and request something new to be nerfed? You need to realize that if you keep responding to complaints with nerfs, then the cycle will never end. If you want everyone to be happy, then stop killing off our favorite guns, and instead make the other guns BETTER. That's right, BUFF them. It's like after the pulse rifle update Bungie forgot what a buff even is, but its effectiveness was blatant with majority praise and satisfaction. The pulse rifle buff was the only meta which resulting in resounding applause by the players, and that's not surprising. It's simple, Bungie. If a gun or type of gun is being overused, then instead of just nerfing it to hell, make the other guns better! Nobody likes to see guns be made worse, but everyone LOVES seeing guns be made better! Patch UP, not DOWN. In the case of this meta, all you need to do is buff auto rifles and hand cannons. Thorn is still a useless y1 so a hc buff won't result in the tyranny we saw before 2.0, and it will make many great hc's actually usable in PvP. Pulses and scouts are already balanced, so if you bring the other two primary types up then everyone will be happy. If all you do is just nerf pulses, the you'll leave a lot of people very angry.
