Just got a GODLY Auto Rifle
RNG blessed me with a Dealbreaker that has focus fire and crowd control. It already has high impact and couple that with TWO damage boosting perks and I know this thing will be a monster. I can't see it being better than this (unless you can get focus fire and glass half full).
I also have the vendor version (GHF and CC) and one with FF and the perk that increases damage with enemy proximity.
Pretty good huh?

Focused fire does next to nothing in pvp. Maybe it'll be decent in PvE but ARs still aren't dominate enough to be used in most end game situations. Zhalo is the only real saving grace

I don't like focused fire anymore. Besides, I'm a pulse rifle guy now
