I'm not sure 820K is an indication the game is dying that's a pretty large number of players. ToO has always been billed as highend PvP, which isn't for everyone.
It would be interesting to see how many people did the most recent IB as compared to this ToO.
Were people soured by the poor IB drops and expecting more of the same?
