Did they change the level you have to be to place orders? I thought it was level 3. Damn I've been not ordering missing out cause I'm only a level 1 and didn't know I could but I guess I can. #ignorant

It's one order per level I believe, starting at 1. I've been placing 5 orders a week until recently, for parts and marks, but I don't feel like chunking half my glimmer so quickly anymore

I'm level 3 I think. I can place 3 orders at a time.

I literally got so bored earlier j decided to level up to rank 1 finally and got an order and chose the sniper, I also thought you needed to be rank 3, clearly not!

The more levels you have with the gun smith the more choices of perks you will get to pick from when the gunsmith delivers the gun next week. You get up to 3 choices depending on your rank. Rank 1 gets choice, rank 2 gwts to pick between 2 different set of perks. Rank 3 and above get 3 choices of perks.
